**Job Title: Production Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in the production of roof flashings and other roof accessories. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal products, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production processes. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery and tools for cutting, bending, and assembling sheet metal components. + Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools. + Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. + Assist in quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications. **Essential Skills** + Basic labor experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately for cutting and fabricating sheet metal. + Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate tools and machinery. + English speaking skills and comfort in a Spanish-speaking environment. + Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required. + Willingness to learn new skills and assist in other departments. + Attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in soldering and/or sheet metal fabrication is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that prioritizes career growth, offering opportunities to learn, advance, and build a long-term future. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Rosa, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
