Linde is looking for qualified applicants to fill the role of Production Technician for the hydrogen and air separation processes at ourNiagara Falls, NY facility. The Production Technician must demonstrate initiative in handling issues, be self-motivated, dependable, and work within a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and duties of a Production Technician include but are not limited to:

Work 12 hour rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 environmentStarting and shutting down equipment and processesMonitoring and adjusting equipment and plant process operating parametersCorrectly performing valve line-upsPreparing equipment for maintenance work including lock-out-tag-outCorrectly and safely permitting maintenance workProfessional judgment for operating the facility safely, reliably, and efficiently at all timesProcedure development and training of new employeesEffectively communicating with our customers and suppliers when requiredOther duties as assigned

The Production Technician must be able to perform basic troubleshooting and recognize when to escalate matters when more experienced specialists must be called in for support.
