Job Description:

Location: Slatersville, Rhode Island

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Technicians in the Slatersville, RI area!
in the In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining molding equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality dispensing closures are produced safely and efficiently. This position is hands-on, team-oriented, and requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor molding automation equipment to meet production standards.
Troubleshoot process issues and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
Perform mold, color, and material changes, ensuring all quality and safety specifications are met.
Communicate effectively with the previous shift to maintain smooth operations.
Review setups and verify machines are running to standards.
Document cycle times, inspections, and any issues on hourly logs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety standards.
Support preventive maintenance, machine startups/shutdowns, and equipment cleaning.
Assist with production scheduling, order status checks, and prioritizing urgent jobs.

Desired Background/Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
2–3 years of manufacturing experience in a similar role.
Plastics experience required.
Strong troubleshooting skills with molding equipment and processes.
Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
