Our client, a leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay Range: $21/hr 

What's the Job?

Responsible for performing all tasks associated with production equipment in a safe manner, ensuring quality and efficiency. Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products. Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature and stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur. Troubleshoot and report all deviations from standard parameters, working with the team to determine root causes. Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices and complete required production paperwork accurately.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Basic math skills. Manufacturing experience preferred; food and beverage experience is a plus.
