**Job Title: Production Technician 22/hr** **Job Description** As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage equipment adjustments, assist in staging products, and maintain cleanliness by sanitizing after each run. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and you will be cross-trained to assist and work on the line during production. **Responsibilities** + Ensure smooth operation of the production line for each product run. + Add and adjust equipment as needed for product runs. + Stage products and clean/sanitize equipment after each run. + Identify and recommend machine corrections if issues are detected. + Assist in line production and be open to cross-training. **Essential Skills** + Experience with line setup and mechanical inclination. + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Experience as a Machine Operator or in line production. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 1 year of experience in machine operation with adjustments or mechanical assembly using hand tools. + Mechanical inclination from personal projects, such as changing oil. + Leadership experience in manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory. **Why Work Here?** Join a diverse team with a dynamic product line that offers excellent opportunities for growth, training, and career development. Masks are mandatory in the facility, and upon arrival, you will need to complete a health questionnaire and undergo a temperature check. Temperatures above 100.4 will result in being sent home. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
