Able to learn and implement change in the production lineAnalytical and practical approach to problem solving.Demonstrates ability to be a team player; works well with others; contributes positively to work in team environment Excellent organizational  skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize effectively in order to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal, ability to develop outstanding relationships with all stakeholders from the entire organization.Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detailMust possess strong proficiency in MS-Office tools.
