Production Technician
Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the mass production of oil-free compressors. Your role will involve component parts preparation and line assembly operations, ensuring that each compressor meets quality standards and production goals.

Place parts in specified relationships and fasten them using bolts, clips, screws, cements, or other methods.Tend machines such as hydraulic or pneumatic presses, air wrenches, or other tools for force fitting, fastening, and bonding operations.Understand and comply with quality policies, procedures, and instructions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workplace.Record production data and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any challenges.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position - benefits, 401k, and weekly pay available while on contract

Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.One to three years of related experience and/or training.Proficiency in mechanical assembly, use of hand tools and fasteners, familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic machines, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of safety protocols.Ability to lift heavy components, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.Effective written and verbal communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.90/hr.
