Overtime and occasional double time are available with manager approval.** **Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour **Shift:** **3rd Shift** | Approx. 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with prior manufacturing or automotive production experience in high-volume environments. This is a great opportunity to join a global leader in the automotive industry. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate production machinery to assemble interior components and automotive parts following **standardized work instructions** . + Load and unload parts, perform in-process quality checks, and ensure products meet all specifications and cycle time requirements. + Apply **Lean manufacturing principles** including **5S** , **TPM** , and continuous improvement practices to maintain efficiency and workplace organization. + Perform daily safety and equipment checks, maintain a clean work area, and comply with all **health, safety, and environmental (HSE)** policies. + Identify, report, and escalate equipment malfunctions or product defects to supervisors promptly. + Participate in shift meetings and contribute to achieving **Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)** goals. **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED (preferred). + **_Longevity at past couple of roles in the automotive or similar production industries._** + Previous automotive manufacturing or production experience (machine operation, assembly, or quality inspection). + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic math. + Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and reliability. + Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. + Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. **Click on Apply Now to be considered for this 3rd Shift Production Associate job in Fraser, MI!** **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.75 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
