We’re looking for a hands-on Production Technician to support our growing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with electronics, and being part of a fast-paced production environment, this is the role for you!

What You’ll DoBe the first responder to production line issues (“Line-Down” situations)Troubleshoot and repair electronic boards and componentsPerform soldering and component-level repairs (IPC/J-STD experience a plus)Analyze test data and help improve product qualitySupport new equipment setup and maintenanceContribute to continuous improvement and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) effortsWhat We’re Looking For

Required:

2+ years of experience in electronics repair or production supportStrong troubleshooting skills with PCBs and electro-mechanical systemsFamiliarity with ESD protection practicesHigh school diploma or equivalentMust pass BG check and drug screen

Preferred:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $26.44/hr.
