Job Title: Production Technical Support Officer

Working Pattern: Onsite

Working Location: Savannah, GA

An exciting opening has arisen for a Production Technical Support Officer. As our Production Technical Support Officer, you will be responsible for the relationship between Rolls-Royce and interfacing with Gulfstream’s production facility in Savannah, GA and completion facilities in Appleton, WI and St Louis, MO. You will provide on-site technical and logistical support to business aviation airframer production and completions operations as it relates to work performed under various OE contracts. In this role, will travel up to 10% domestically.

What you will be doing:

Assist in resolving technical, operational, quality or logistics issues by providing advice and interpretation of approved data, and interfacing with the Operational Service Desk, Quality Team or other Rolls-Royce organization on the customer’s behalf to drive resolution of issues that are not supported by current data or processesAssist the Campaigns Team by supporting production retrofit planning and communicating planned schedules and opportunitiesCoordinate On-Wing Services activity with aircraft in-production and completionsProvide intelligence to the business by sharing information and recommendations for procedural change to improve quality, maintainability, reliability and/or cost savings.Deputize for others within the site organization as needed (this would primarily involve new production support)

Basic Requirements:

Associate degree with 4 years of aircraft engine maintenance experience, ORBachelor's degree with 2 years of aircraft engine maintenance experience, ORMaster's degree, ORJD/PhD, OR6+ years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance experienceIn order to be eligible for consideration for this opportunity, you must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Requirements:

FAA Airframe & Powerplant License
