What You’ll Do 

As a Production Tech Operator you'll focus on CCA Inspection and Assembly while working on essential components used in aviation systems. You’ll contribute directly to the production of high-quality products through: 

Manual and automated assembly of components 

Hand soldering and operating automated soldering/test equipment 

Inspection, repair, and quality control of products 

Performing machine setups, preventative maintenance, and feeder repairs 

Recognizing and resolving issues during the assembly process 

Maintaining accurate documentation and using digital tools (Word, Excel, etc.) 

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting newer employees when needed 

 
 

What You Bring 

Required: 

4–5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience 

Must have Inspection and CCA experience 

High school diploma (or equivalent) with additional post-secondary coursework 

Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks 

In-depth knowledge of board assembly and SMT processing 

Understanding of soldering specifications and product quality standards 

Ability to work under general supervision and make independent decisions 

Preferred: 

Certifications in soldering or assembly (IPC or site-specific certs) 

Familiarity with in-circuit and functional test fixturing 

Experience working in aerospace or other regulated industries 

Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, documentation systems)

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
