This person develops improvements oriented at bettering quality, reliability, and lowering total costs. Skill sets are dependent on the area being supported: e.g., Circuit Board Assembly support may require Knowledge of the electronics and test systems. This position is part of the Production team and is located in **Loveland, CO.** It will be onsite. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Develop and implement technologies, methods, and techniques. + Specifies and selects equipment. + Provides direction for development, maintenance, and procedures. + Coordinate the implementation of changes. + Designs jigs, guards, and fixtures to aid associates. + Provide consultation to other teams. + Resolve problems. + Provide training to associates. + Actively maintain knowledge of new technologies, methods, and techniques. + Must be able to setup, program and run Injection Molding machines. + Must understand all aspects of the ChemKey cell and apply skills to run and maintain all processes. + Must be able to work with all operators in a productive manner. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + B.S. or equivalent in related Engineering or Technology degree; or equivalent work experience. + Minimum (2) years related experience in an appropriate manufacturing or engineering environment. + Good computer skills. + Must be able to troubleshoot/problem solve in a structured, logical manner. + Ability to perform or coordinate preventive maintenance activities. + Combination of office skills and hands-on activities. The compensation range for this role is $26.45 - $31.74 USD per hour.
