What you will do:
The Production Technician I will perform essential final processing tasks, including, but not limited to inspection, packaging, and some assembly. This role supports manufacturing initiatives and requires great attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Perform Final Processing tasks, including packaging, auto-bagging, pouching, uniting, and assemblyAdhere to work instructions, packaging standards, and quality requirementsMeet or exceed daily production targets, aiming for a gradual productivity increaseParticipate in quality and manufacturing initiativesFollow directions from Manufacturing Production Leads, Supervisors, or ManagersComplete assigned training on timeEnsure timely attendance and participation in required meetingsContribute to the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods on the shop floorMeet work schedule and meet overtime requirements, including weekendsWhat you need:
