Compensation: $28-32/hourLocation: Andrews, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: 5/2 Benefits:  Comprehensive insurance with 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of production equipmentTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issuesCollaborate with other production team members to ensure daily production targets are metSupport efforts to maintain product quality and production efficiencyWork independently and within a team environment to resolve technical issues quickly and safely Qualifications

Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field (required)

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to safety and operational excellence
