The opportunity:
Support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facilityPrimary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include all activities associated with helping operators with job functions, machine set-up, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery, and have a desire to advance within the company.

What you need to succeed:
Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and perform other duties as assignedAbility to work safely, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and comply with all safety regulationsAbility to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skillsAbility to lift, push and/or pull 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shiftFlexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts; required to work daily overtime and weekends as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent

The starting rate is $20.96 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 40 hours of paid vacation will be granted after 60 working day, and 10 days of paid holidays after 30 days, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
