Production Team Leader

Job Title: Production Team Lead PAYING $20 to $25+/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our production department as a Team Lead. This is a working lead position responsible for managing production employees and ensuring the efficient manufacturing of premix and other feed products.

Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing of premix and other feed products.Manage and supervise production employees.Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and supply the production area.Weigh products, pour them into mixing machines, and bag the mixture.Maintain inventory and ensure a clean work area.Assist with unloading trucks delivering minerals into the building.

Essential Skills

General labor experience.Proficiency in production processes.Forklift operation skills.Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.Experience with loading and unloading tasks.Capability in heavy lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.Supervisory skills and production management experience.Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.Basic math skills including addition and subtraction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Team lead experience.Manufacturing experience.Leadership and management skills.One year of production experience.Forklift knowledge.

Work Environment

You will work in a warehouse and mixing department alongside 5 to 6 other employees. The environment is fairly dusty with a slight mineral smell. Standard working hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a 45-hour workweek. The dress code includes wearing work jeans and boots, with no profanity or inappropriate content on clothing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
