Work Flexibility: Onsite

Qué harás:

• Coordinar los recursos, operar y supervisar el funcionamiento de las máquinas y procesos de producción.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y de las regulaciones vigentes.
• Supervisar al equipo de trabajo, gestionando el ausentismo y garantizando la productividad durante el turno.
• Brindar soporte a un equipo de 11 personas que trabaja en distintas áreas del proceso productivo.
• Contribuir a una cultura de mejora continua, comunicación efectiva y colaboración en equipo.

Qué necesitas:

• Estudios universitarios concluidos o en curso
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en entornos de manufactura
• Nivel básico de inglés deseable, pero no obligatorio.
• Conocimiento en el sistema AS400 (software de gestión empresarial utilizado para inventarios y procesos de manufactura), es deseable.
