Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, train, and support night shift production staff in all aspects of food processing and packaging.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Plan, assign, and direct daily work activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and efficient workflow.
Address employee complaints and resolve production-related problems promptly and effectively, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Ensure all team members are fully trained and competent in their roles, maintaining training records.
Ensure strict compliance with all company safety protocols, sanitation procedures (HACCP, GMPs), and quality control standards.
Actively participate in and oversee daily production tasks, demonstrating a clear understanding of food processing equipment and procedures.
Operate and troubleshoot food processing and packaging equipment as needed, providing support and guidance to the team.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any deviations or issues to appropriate personnel immediately.
Complete accurate shift reports and production documentation, ensuring effective communication and smooth handovers between shifts and to management.
Manage raw material and finished product inventories on the shift, minimizing waste and optimizing yields.
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM
Skills:
Provide support and act as a backup operator for the HTST pasteurizer.
Provide support and act as a backup operator for fermentation processes.
Provide support and act as a backup for the Milk Receiver role, ensuring proper handling and intake of raw materials.
Provide support and act as a backup for the Sanitation CIP operator, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in food production, preferably in a dairy or similar regulated environment.
1+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
Clear understanding of food safety principles (HACCP, GMPs) and quality control standards.
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting food processing and packaging equipment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.
