Production Team Lead
Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced **NIEF Production Team Lead** to support the Production Manager with the manufacturing of complex Navy communications systems in a job shop environment. This is an on-site position in San Diego. Our ideal candidate has successfully led change within an established production facility of a similar scale and level of complexity and is ready to take on a new challenge. The goal is an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements. You will lead a team of 4+ skilled workers and report to the production Manager. **Responsibilities:** + Manage production schedule for on-time completion + Communicate with Noblis production team to internal and external stakeholders + Liaise with project managers and functional area managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements + Coordinate with all functional leads including, contractor and government for Warehouse, PITCO and Quality Assurance + Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines + Monitor production to resolve issues + Take an active role in factory production planning + Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards + Report to upper management + Review and approve timecards. Required Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years experience OR Associate's Degree + 8 years of experience OR High School + 11 years of relevant experience. + Experience in managing teams performing complex work. + Experience in customer service. + Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with 2D and 3D CAD software including AutoCAD and SolidWorks, Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel. + Must have demonstrated electrical experience including determining electrical cable requirements, power consumption and operations. + Must poses networking experience in determining networking operations, communication, and connectivity for all cable types including CAT5 and Fibre. + Must possess a detailed experience in the different phases of network design at Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific + Must be experienced in DoD and Navy Military specifications + Must be a US Citizen. + Must have a Secret clearance. **Required Skills:** + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts. + Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams. + Problem-solving mindset, able to adapt to changing priorities and make informed decisions. + Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Written communication and presentation skills. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $77,000.00 - USD $120,275.00 /Yr.
