**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Responsibilities** + Oversee a team of 10-20 associates, including setups and contingent workforce. + Report to a shift supervisor and manage 13-27+ machines. + Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and production reporting. + Address issues promptly following 'see something, do something' philosophy. + Work across departments such as paint, molding, and stamping. + Prioritize work and parts running order effectively. + Maintain communication with maintenance, production, engineering, and quality teams. + Document daily reports and input data into Excel. + Attend shift handoff meetings and engage in hands-on tasks. + Oversee training of new employees and ensure productivity targets. + Utilize production tracking software and enforce PPE usage. + Address employee issues and ensure FIFO process adherence. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience (team lead, supervising, coaching). + Experience in making adjustments and improving processes. + Hands-on approach, 100% presence at the line. + Basic computer skills, data entry, and email utilization. + Experience in addressing and taking action on issues promptly. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
