This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionLead, plan, and execute the Smart Factory Steering to steer plant Industry 4.0 (Digitalization) projects in alignment with digitalization strategy.Lead Industry 4.0 project status meetings and coordinate project relevance with stakeholders.Implement BPS (Bosch Production System) in the responsible area and ensure BPS is running properly according to standards.Coordinate with Value Stream Coordinator to ensure continuous improvement projects are executed using Bosch Production System (BPS) and System CIP (Continuous Improvement) approach.Educate BPS (Bosch Production System) knowledge to associates and build continuous improvement mindset.Create associate engagement in continuous improvement through motivating events and creative promotion media.

Qualifications

Education Background:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related Engineering fields.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in LMS (Lean Manufacturing System) and systematic continuous improvement.Working experience in Industry 4.0 or digitalization projects, including development of project framework and milestone planning.Experience as a trainer to educate associates and lead improvement activities with strong PDCA approach.Experience with MS Office (Advanced MS Excel preferred), Power BI is an advantage.Ability to ensure lean manufacturing standards and knowledge are completely implemented on the shop floor.Good communication skills in English and Thai with strong presentation skills.Independent working style with growth mindset, result orientation, can-do attitude, proactive, initiative, and teamwork.
