Required Skills & Experience + One year of experience in personnel management in the manufacturing industry + Knowledge of manufacturing metrics: Safety, quality, delivery, scrap, efficiency. + Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (A3, 8Ds, Fishbone, etc.) + Use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Negotiation skills. + People management. + Professionalism.
