Job Title: Production Support Worker
Job Description

A manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Production Support Worker to join the large parts department as a floater. This role involves handling various tasks to ensure the efficient processing and quality control of large parts.

ResponsibilitiesRack parts in preparation for painting processes.Remove parts from rack after the paint process is completed.Visually inspect finished products for defects related to wet processing.Pack parts according to work instructions.Assist with other duties in different departments as needed.Essential SkillsExperience in racking and un-racking parts.Proficiency in visual inspection techniques.Ability to perform general labor tasks.Experience on production lines.Capability to lift and handle heavy parts.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in racking, packing, and inspection processes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role operates on the 1st shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The work schedule includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. The position involves working in a production environment, requiring standard safety attire and adherence to company procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $39520.00/yr.
