With the global LEAP engine MRO ramp-up, it's an exciting time to join us. The tool park is rapidly evolving, offering many technical challenges — and we need your support. Your role: • Analyze and process technical tooling data from manufacturers at equipment delivery • Manage technical documentation and ensure timely availability of equipment for production • Support production to ensure proper equipment setup • Coordinate calibration activities at our LSO facility • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth calibration processing and equipment availability • Update key performance indicators • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Help enhance working methods and introduce new technologies, sharing insights (RETEX) • Provide theoretical and hands-on technical support to the workshop, helping avoid delays and ensuring the right tooling reaches the shop floor **Job Requirements** Your profile: • Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or Aeronautics • You speak French, Dutch, or English, with a very good understanding of technical English • You have solid knowledge of electromechanics, mechanics, and repair technologies • You are familiar with engines and engine components • You are analytical, structured, and able to anticipate needs or issues • You enjoy working in a team, in a multilingual environment, and are willing to support your colleagues Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit.
