The Opportunity:

CACI is currently looking for Production Support with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Control (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

ASF programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team and portfolio levels. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.


Responsibilities:

Serves as a Production team member who will be responsible for:

Serves as a backup to the Ops Integrator.Work with ASF Product Teams, Ops Integrator, SM and BA to develop SOPs and processes for incident management and resolution.Continuously update the confluence pages and training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current practices.Engage in incident support for end users as needed across portfolio of systems.Support critical processes outside of normal hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.Monitor Tier 2 and 3 support ticket queues to promote rapid response by all portfolio teams.Review the vulnerability scans like Qualys, Web Inspect scans and report the issues to SM or BA to create the Jira stories for backlogMonitor Gitlab process for Auditing and SOD violations


Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include, but not limited to:3-year check for felony convictions1 year check for illegal drug use1 year of check for misconduct such as theft or fraudCollege degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, experience considered in lieu of degreeProfessional Experience: 5+ years related technical experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologyExperience with ServiceNow Service RequestsExperience with JIRAMust be available to work a hybrid schedule with an on-site requirement in Ashburn, VA


Desired:

Experience managing operations in an Agile environmentExperience with SecDevOps processes and/or toolsCurrent and relevant experience with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) applications.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,800 - $148,600
