Job Title: Production Support Associate

Location: Ankeny IA
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (with some overtime)

We are seeking a motivated Production Support Associate with forklift and parts picker experience to assist our manufacturing operations. This role is hands-on and goes beyond typical warehouse duties. The successful candidate will support line stocking, parts pulling, forklift/parts picker operations, unboxing, and directly assisting technicians to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklift and parts picker equipment safely and effectively.

Pull, stage, and deliver parts to technicians as needed.

Assist technicians with unboxing and handling parts to reduce downtime.

Perform routine stocking and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, policies, and procedures.

Perform quality inspections and report concerns.

Communicate effectively with team members and provide support across departments as needed.

Complete training and development activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Forklift/Parts Picker experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Ability to follow processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to perform various tasks to support overall manufacturing goals.

Additional Information

This is an onsite position.

The initial assignment is 6 months, with potential for extension or full-time hire.
