Production Supervisor Overnight
Job Description Lead and supervise production shift personnel Coordinate and monitor activities of workers in processing and production Motivate and train teams to meet safety, sanitation, and quality goals Ensure compliance training is completed by all associates Manage scheduling, attendance, PTO, and OT tracking Oversee operations in receiving, sampling, processing, packaging, and inventory control Inspect machinery for OSHA and HACCP compliance Perform daily quality checks and reporting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Dairy manufacturing experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in team environments Experience with compliance training and performance management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Ability to obtain certifications in Receiving, Antibiotic Testing, and CHARM testing A Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business or related field preferred. Industry experience would be considered in the absence of a degree. Mechanical troubleshooting experience in food/dairy processing Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control) Familiarity with Oracle, EAM, PLC-based controls Strong analytical and procedural development skills
