What You Will Do: 

This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.   

The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors, and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.   

Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.   

Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.   

Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.   

Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.   

Efficiently communicate both English and Spanish both in person and in reports/via email. 

   

 Qualifications You Must Have: 

A University Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) 

5 years as Team Leader or similar position 

Hands-on experience leading or participating in Lean initiatives 

 

Qualifications We Preferred: 

Experience Leading Projects   

Personnel management   

Ability to develop recovery plans, Result oriented and excellent communication skills.   

Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel.   

Proficient conversational and written English required. 

Available to work in 1st or 2nd shift.   

Experience in work transfer projects or NPI processes.
