This Position reports to:
Production Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
As the Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within the (Low Voltage High Power) LVHP Production Lines to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.
This role is contributing to the Motion High Power Division in New Berlin, WI. Main stakeholders are Low Voltage High Power Production Workers, Shift Leads, Quality Team, Manufacturing Engineers, Production Line Manager.

Qualifications for the role:
2+ years of experience with progressive and/or increasing responsibilities within a manufacturing / production environment.Experience with writing, improving and updating SOPs and Working Instructions. Experience Training SOPs to Manufacturing Personnel.Detail oriented and analytical mind set, able to use and present data to solve problems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience using O365/Microsoft Office Suite.Great organization skills and sense of urgency, able to prioritize problems and escalate issues and manage/resolve conflict.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).Experience with SAP or Equivalent ERP System.More about us ABB System Drives is the market leader in high-power, high-performance drives, drive systems
