Key Responsibilities:

 

 

Deploy and ensure the achievement of efficiency, quality, and service objectives within the area. Lead, supervise, and coordinate manufacturing and scheduling functions with a focus on continuous improvement. Implement the necessary human and material resources to meet production planning requirements. Ensure the execution of production programs at the required quality level. Guarantee the achievement and improvement of product and process quality. Promote the development of human potential and resources to meet quality and efficiency goals. Ensure customer delivery requirements are met and monitor workload/capacity alignment in terms of resources and personnel. Manage product launches, modifications, and phase-outs. Monitor and reduce waste. Ensure proper order and cleanliness in the production workshop (5S). Master systems and tools: Kanban, QAD, CAD, LPS, LLGS, and LJS. Ensure LPA follow-up. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with environmental requirements. Contribute to the reduction of significant environmental aspects.

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

You must demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage and coordinate Cutting & preparation areas operations. You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions. Effective communication skills are essential to ensure clear instructions and feedback within the team. You need to have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. Intermediate level in both English & French languages, spoken and written
