Learn more and/or apply at www.kerry.com/careers. About the role We are hiring a Production Supervisor for an afternoon shift that we are looking to launch (Monday to Fridays 300pm to 1130pm). For the first 2 months roughly, you will be trained in the day (630am to 300pm) and help with building the team (recruit for operators). Key Responsibilities •  Responsible for leading production teams and other staff to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner •  Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments to achieve and sustain results •  Responsible for implementation of all manufacturing operations including the safety, production efficiencies, quality, customer service, and financial performance of the plant •  Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes through SAP enterprise software. •  Will be required to be the SAP answer person at site level and liaison between the technical staff and the user group. •  Leads team members in attaining plant production and quality targets •  Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met •  Maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to meet business demands Key Requirements •  Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study •  SAP enterprise software experience at a high level •  Demonstrated success as a change agent & developing/implementing continuous improvement initiatives and accountability programs •  Demonstrated success assessing, developing and retaining top talent •  Proven ability to drive process improvements, adhere to budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance •  Proven ability to lead with the following key competencies Managing Change, Critical Thinking, Continuous Cost Focus, Technical Expertise, Influence and Delivery of Sustainable Results Advancement and Benefits •  Kerry is growing. The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $91,000 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and location.
