Production Supervisor

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Supervise daily production activities to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
+ Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and shop‑floor discipline.
+ Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, and take action to meet targets.
+ Ensure compliance with safety practices, drive 5S, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
+ Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Materials, Engineering).
+ Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools.
+ Conduct daily Gemba walks and review shift reports.
+ Maintain accurate production records in ERP systems.
+ Support new product introductions, process validations, and training of operators.
+ Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ 5-10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and shop‑floor systems.
+ Experience in supervising teams within a factory setting.
+ Understanding of safety standards, quality systems, and ERP usage
