As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the compounding, production, and packaging areas within our manufacturing operations. You will ensure all activities align with operational goals and adhere to cGMP compliance standards, particularly in the packaging of aerosol products.

ResponsibilitiesOversee actions in the compounding, production, and packaging areas.Determine and submit staffing requirements to the Production Manager for the following day.Recommend resources needed to optimize production operations.Enhance time and performance efficiency within manufacturing specifications.Maintain operational continuity by understanding the flow of materials to and from the production area.Support and ensure cGMP compliance in production requirements.Essential SkillsExpertise in production and supervision.Strong supervisory skills.Experience in production supervision.Ability to implement process improvements.Additional Skills & QualificationsAvailability to work the 2nd shift.Why Work Here?
