Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

This role is currently on 12 hours rotating shift, 7.30am to 7.30pm (day) & 7.30pm to 7.30am (night).The schedule will change to weekly rotation of 3 shifts, 7.30am to 4.30pm (morning), 3.30pm to 11.30pm (afternoon) & 10.30pm to 7.30am (night).24/7 standby

DESCRIPTION:

Guide and develop a high-performing team while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and production efficiency.Coordinate department activities across shifts to meet production schedules and equipment efficiency requirements while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP standards.This role combines leadership with strategic operational oversight to deliver important products that help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and other support functionsLead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and cultivate a culture of safety and quality excellence.Manage daily production activities, conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining optimal cost-benefit ratios.


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated industryPreferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related technical fieldIOSH Managing Safely certification advantageousLean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher) beneficialLeadership experience managing teams of 5-15 peopleStrong knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards and quality management systemsExcellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilitiesAdvanced knowledge of manufacturing documentation and batch record requirementsProficiency with manufacturing execution systems and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skills for leading teams and interfacing with stakeholdersExperience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as neededPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg.Capable of working in cleanroom environments with required PPE and gowning proceduresKnowledge in ISO 13485 is a mustData driven mindset, able to track yield, scrap, MUV (material usage variance), OEE & downtime)Stand-in for presentation and reporting in English language to stakeholders
