In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **This exciting role offers opportunity to:** **What you’ll do:** Responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality production. + Develop and execute production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders. + Ensure production schedules are optimized to meet delivery deadlines. + Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. + Lead quality issue resolution and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Kaizen, QC tools). + Ensure the production area complies with safety regulations and environmental standards. + Promote safety awareness and enforce safe operating procedures. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or above. + Above 4 years production line management on final assembly and testing. + Working experience in production line management. + Good communication skills. + Familiar with production management. + MS Office skill. + Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized. + Excellent communication skills and a strong team player. + Builds effective collaboration across teams to achieve common goals. + Able to work under pressure and eager to learn. + Maintains high performance in challenging environments while continuously improving skills. + Highly initiative-driven with flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization. + Works effectively with cross-functional teams to meet targets within tight timelines.
