Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

This role involves being actively present on the production floor, ensuring that all machinery is operating efficiently and production targets are met. The ideal candidate will not be confined to a desk but will be out on the floor, helping out and making crucial decisions. The role requires performing root cause analysis and collaborating with the quality and maintenance teams on repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

Shift and Pay

2nd shift 2:15PM-10:45PM3rd shift 10:15PM-6:45AM $70,000-$75,000 / yearOvertime is paid at flat rate hourly $70,000 = $33.65$75,000 = $36.06

Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee 12-20 employees daily.Manage 3-4 production cells, each with 4-5 employees.Ensure machines are running properly and production goals are achieved.Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.Assist quality and maintenance teams with repairs and preventive maintenance.
