Production Supervisor

Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate workflow, manage production activities, and oversee staff to meet quality and delivery objectives.

1-3 years of production planning/scheduling experience

3-6 years in an employee management/supervisory role

Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the flow of work through departments ensuring inventory levels meet demand

Plan and direct production activities to execute schedules, manage costs, meet quality requirements, and achieve customer service goals

Prepare production status reports including sales dollars, schedule hours, delivery performance, and scrap calculations

Oversee activities of production supervisors, cell leaders, and operators across all shifts

Collaborate with NPI Engineers and staff on product development and process improvements

Pay: 32-43

Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
