**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking an enthusiastic Production Supervisor to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role involves overseeing a small team and ensuring smooth daily operations as we ship products directly to consumers. **Responsibilities** + Supervise a team of 4-5 individuals, ensuring efficient workflow and team coordination. + Arrive two hours earlier to prepare and batch pack-outs, setting up the team for the day. + Manage the shipping of products such as noodles, dumplings, and sauces directly to consumers. + Oversee inventory and packaging processes. + Participate in loading activities and ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving. **Essential Skills** + Experience in leading small groups. + Proficiency in packing, inventory, and packaging. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Personable with experience in shipping and receiving. **Why Work Here?** Join a small team where your contributions will be recognized and rewarded.
