Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Production Supervisor within a Laboratory | Manufacturing Industry Degree | Diploma in Production Management or related will be advantageous Strong knowledge of fertilizer formulations | Agrichemical products (Fertilizers | Adjuvants | insecticides | fungicides) | Mixing processes Proven experience in Plant maintenance | Equipment calibration | Implementing SOP's Strong Leadership skills and ability to enforce Quality | Safety and Housekeeping standards Valid Driver's License and own Transport required Must be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request
Salary Structure:
Negotiable salary package based on experience
