Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee operations at our plant. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 10 individuals, ensuring production schedules are met, and leading production meetings.

Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday

Pay: 60,000-80,000/year- dependent on experience

Responsibilities

Oversee plant operations and manage a team of 10 people.Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient production processes.Ensure production schedules are adhered to and met promptly.Conduct and lead production meetings to maintain team alignment.

Essential Skills

Experience in production supervision and management.Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes.Ability to oversee assembly and production tasks.Experience with process and continuous improvement strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record in production supervision.Capability to implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
