What You'll Be Doing
Lead and motivate receiving teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.Monitor daily inbound schedule and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth workflow.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and cost reduction.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant objectives and customer satisfaction.Review and maintain all receiving documents, manifest, logs, etc.What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.Effective communicator with the ability to foster collaboration.Proven capability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results.Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.Must be able to wear applicable PPE including 3M respirator.2 year’s experience within a materials processing facility.3 year’s experience within an industrial setting.Work Environment
Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting.Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical activity.Requires flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.What We Offer
