**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and motivate receiving teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
+ Monitor daily inbound schedule and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth workflow.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and cost reduction.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant objectives and customer satisfaction.
+ Review and maintain all receiving documents, manifest, logs, etc.

+ Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
+ Must be able to wear applicable PPE including 3M respirator.
+ 2 year’s experience within a materials processing facility.
+ 3 year’s experience within an industrial setting.
**Work Environment**
+ Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting.
+ Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical activity.
+ Requires flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
