Production Supervisor

Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with automotive assembly experience to lead manufacturing teams and ensure production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives are met.

Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen. No travel required. Manufacturing and supervisor experience essential. Automotive assembly experience required.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Lead small areas/processes within the production facility/line. Provide daily support and troubleshoot issues in manufacturing processes. Give performance feedback and appraisals to team members. Educate and enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards on the production floor. Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and value stream projects. Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve problems in manufacturing processes. Report product and process nonconformance issues. Implement and sustain 5S in work areas; champion process improvements.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
