Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for supervising department employees, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining equipment.

Job Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

Knowledge of equipment and processes within the department

Good written and oral communication skills

Ability to solve problems efficiently

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise all personnel and operations in the department

Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment

Report process and equipment problems to Maintenance Supervisor

Verify environmental discharges are within limits where applicable

Train, upgrade, evaluate, and review department employees

Coordinate with schedulers and other supervisors for smooth operations

Ensure adherence to policies, rules, regulations, and procedures for a safe working environment

Verify correct identification, quantities, and warehousing of products

Communicate with the next shift Supervisor

Ensure health and safety of employees by eliminating workplace hazards

Meet production quality and quantity standards on the shift

Complete all required reports

Troubleshoot problems and offer suggestions to avoid them

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $56,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
