What You'll Be Doing
Supervise and coordinate daily quarry production activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Train and mentor production staff.
Monitor and optimize production processes.
Address and resolve production issues promptly.
What Are We Looking For
Drilling, blasting, load haul and crushing experience.
Strong leadership, experience with union environment and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
