Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations + Monitor and optimize production processes to meet quality and performance targets + Support and enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance standards + Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues + Train, mentor, and support production staff to foster a high-performance culture **What Are We Looking For** + Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development + Proven ability to manage production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment + Solid understanding of safety, quality, and environmental regulations + Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and improve processes + Comfortable using digital tools and systems for reporting and monitoring **Work Environment** This role is based in a cement manufacturing plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
