Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on role requires managing a team of 20-25 production employees, ensuring the smooth operation of the production facility, and maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.

ResponsibilitiesStart each day with a shift hand-off meeting.Manage 20-25 production employees effectively.Learn and understand all four positions on the production floor.Spend 80% of the time on the production floor and 20% on computer work.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

-PTO will be prorated based off start date and can use it after 90 days
-In January of the new year they will get 120 hours
-Benefits will start 1st day of the following month from start date
-401k with 6% company match
-Perfect attendance bonus-Earn an extra $1 on top of pay and includes over time-starts right away
