 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
• English 50%
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Participate in the different phases of new product development.
● Rigorously execute all processes applicable to the assigned control area.
● Manage the planning of daily activities and compliance with the production plan.
● Manage and promote continuous improvement through the use of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
● Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
● Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
● Complete planned training sessions related to Quality and Training in a timely manner.
● Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
● Comply with safety regulations determined according to their role.
