**Description** Will be responsible for managing a total of about 23 people. Oversee daily activities on the floor, including safety, quality, and production. Training of employees in 5S and measure compliance. Work with engineering department daily to increase yields and decrease scrap. Planned and paced work efficiently in order to meet daily, weekly, project or production goals. Motivate employees to hit daily and production numbers. Will have 2 team leads that report to them directly. 2nd shift: 6PM-6AM. Must be willing to be flexible on this.
