**Description**
Will be responsible for managing a total of about 23 people. Oversee daily activities on the floor, including safety, quality, and production. Training of employees in 5S and measure compliance. Work with engineering department daily to increase yields and decrease scrap. Planned and paced work efficiently in order to meet daily, weekly, project or production goals. Motivate employees to hit daily and production numbers. Will have 2 team leads that report to them directly.
2nd shift: 6PM-6AM. Must be willing to be flexible on this.

**What You’ll Do**
+ Lead and motivate a team of 23 employees, including 2 direct-report Team Leads.
+ Oversee daily floor operations with a focus on safety, quality, and production goals.
+ Train and coach employees in 5S principles and ensure ongoing compliance.
+ Collaborate with the engineering team to improve yields and reduce scrap.
+ Plan and pace work efficiently to meet daily, weekly, and project-based production targets.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
**What You Bring**
+ Proven experience as a Team Lead or Production Supervisor in a manufacturing or automotive setting.
+ Strong leadership skills—military leadership experience is highly valued.
+ A hands-on approach with a commitment to safety and quality.
+ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
+ No formal education required—your experience and leadership speak for themselves.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
