**🌟** **Now Hiring - Production Supervisor – Berea, KY** **(1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities)** **Location:** Berea, Kentucky **Job Type** : Full-Time | On-Site **Pay:** $28-35/ hr (based off interview) **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and oversee daily operations in assigned production areas. + Prioritize safety and enforce company policies and procedures. + Motivate and support team members to achieve performance goals. + Ensure availability of necessary supplies and maintain 5S standards. + Facilitate and document process training and development. + Monitor and control production costs and efficiency. + Support problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement. + Supervise both direct and non-standard employees. + Will be responsible for managing a total of about 23 people. Will have 2 team leads that report to them directly **What We’re Looking For** + Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and collaboration tools like Teams. + Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. **Apply Now!!!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
